The simple cardio and core routine you can do right at home

Some of the best workouts I’ve ever done have been in my living room, without any equipment, under 30 minutes. Just like diet, I think exercize should be SIMPLE. Not easy, but simple moves. I recently finished 22 Minute Hard Corps with Tony Horton and it felt so good to get back to the basics. No fancy gym equipment or complicated moves necessary! So I took a little inspiration from the program and created a super simple cardio and core routine you can do right at home. There are three rounds and reps either go up or down each round depending on the move. It’s time to put on some good music, get in the zone, and get to work!

Round #1

25 Push ups

30 Jumping jacks

40 Mountain climbers

30 High knees

25 Jump squats

15 Sit ups

25 Burpees

60 second Elbow plank

Round #2

20 Push ups

40 Jumping jacks

35 Mountain climbers

40 High knees

20 Jump squats

20 Sit ups

20 Burpees

60 second Elbow plank

Round #3

15 Push ups

50 Jumping jacks

30 Mountain climbers

50 High knees

15 Jump squats

25 Sit ups

15 Burpees

60 second Elbow plank

These are super simple moves but of you need further explanation, please leave a COMMENT below and I will reach out to you with more direction. If you’re the type of person who likes to watch the trainer do the exercise with you, you can get the 22 Minute Hard Corps program HERE!
